| Food & beverage: | Luchs is a restaurant with understated elegance, where food, not design, take centre stage. The restaurant’s long rectangular dining room is flanked by floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing massive amounts of natural light to flood the room. It provides a great contrast to warm darker tones, such as the charcoal-grey seat cushions, wooden floor and indirect lighting, creating a serene and cosy environment. Luchs has a capacity of 100 guests plus another 60 seats on the sunny terrace. The cuisine features traditional german dishes based on local ingredients. The Lodge, an adjacent lounge made of stone and wood, is a cosy, intimate refuge where to begin or end one’s night with the perfect libation. Open from 7 p.m. to all wee hours of the night, Lux 11 guests and Berliners can come together to mingle and enjoy classic cocktails, or to discover unusual flavours created by the in-house mixologist. |
