Pros: Very cheap and close to the metro station: very easy to reach city centre. personnel very kind.
Cons: Room too small with only one window in front of a car park. if you open the window anyone in the car park can see you in the room - so if you want privacy the window is always close. i think it was overall fair for the low price i paid for it.
