Cons: Only one english speaking tv channel avail (bbc world news), no business centre (could have been useful), around 1 hour travel time to the city centre, you feel quite disconnected from berlin!

Pros: The directions to the hotel need to be updated, there is a more direct access to the hotel by the subway. also the walk was more than 5 minutes, more like 20 min to hotel

Cons: Quite a long walk down a poorly lit street from the closest metro station; not advisable for lone travellers late at night. hotel far east so not on the standard map of berlin (in dk travel guide or travellers leaflets picked up at the airport) so would recommend printing larger map before leaving.

Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and cheerful which made my stay that much more enjoyable. the restaurant and bar were also a huge plus as the food was fantastic and affordable.
Cons: My only negative experiences were that there was no air conditioning in the room, and there was no wi-fi as mentioned on the website when i booked.
