The negative comment is due to the fact that this hotel says it has Internet WiFi but it did not work for the whole time of my 3 days stay. The system always said "Maximum number of clients logged-in". Everyone was complaining to the reception and they had no other response that "try again every 5 minutes".... I have travelled everywhere in the world and never heard of such thing. You would expect that a hotel that calls itself a 4 stars... in Germany... has adequate internet service. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Pros: Exccellent location, close to ku'damm shopping centre, zoological gardens, sightseeing buses termini and underground railway station.
Cons: Ordered and paid for american breakfast but, despite asking many of the staff, never managed to find out where itwas served. (admittedly, i speak no german.)

Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was great.
Cons: The bathroom was impossibly small, and they didn't provide soap for the sink, or shampoo for the shower. they also charged an exorbitant amount per day for internet access.
