The observatory is a large tower that is from the year 1920; this wonderful tower was built back then to test the validity of Einstein’s theory of Relativity and has lasted through the years. Although it is still a lovely building it was renovated in the 1990’s to keep it in good order. When there is no research being conducted it is permissible to go up to observe.
