Cons: There is a clause in the "contract" saying that if you are arriving after 10:30 you should call the hotel in advance, however they don't provide the correct number to call. the corridors are in a shameful condition and the cleanliness of the room is poor.

Pros: Good safe location even though in reeperbahn, close to underground trains, not far from city
Cons: Staff were unfriendly and unreliable and they constantly told us that the internet will be fixed in 20min, it never happened.

Pros: This hotel is in a really good location, close to the underground.
Cons: We paid 70 euro for a double room in this hotel by prebooking over the internet. when we were checking in a couple stood next to us and asked the reception what the price was for a double room for that night. they were quoted 54 euro's. when we asked why ours was so expensive compared to what they were just quoted (by simply walking into the hotel and enquiring), all of a sudden the lady that was helping us couldn't understand us because her english was too poor. also, our double bed was in fact 2 single beds, not cool!

Pros: The hote was initially a little difficult to find 9off the main street) but once there is ideally located. the room was basic but clean, and the reception spoke english which was useful.
Cons: Our room initially lacked toilet paper but that was replaced, and while we booked a double bed were told only twins were available on arrival. the bed itself was not the best and the springs could be felt individually.
With the high number of rooms in A&O Hamburg Reeperbahn, choice is plentiful. Foregrounding value for money, this hotel is a 1-star accommodation. Hamburg Harbor is worth a visit during your stay. Erotic Art Museum is a good option in Hamburg as well. Hagenbeck Zoo is one fun-filled destination in the near vicinity.
A restaurant can be found here, along with a bar/lounge, is a welcome addition to the common areas of A&O Hamburg Reeperbahn. Total room count here: 308.
