 "Friendly, helpful staff"
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. great location. comfortable and clean rooms.
Cons: Wireless internet service in room was very unreliable.

The quality offered by Alster Hof VCH is well worth its 3 stars. Within walking distance of Hamburg TV Tower, the location of this hotel also allows access on foot to Brucerius Art Forum. Alster Lake is just one of the landmarks here. The young at heart will probably enjoy the thrills of Hagenbeck Zoo.
