When you are in Germany and you are seeing the sights of Alsfeld, who will certainly want to visit the Alsfeld Town Hall. This wonderful town hall building is one of the most interesting in the entire country of Germany. This fine building is one of the nicest examples of a type of building that is half timbered. This interesting design is of late Gothic and was built between the years of 1512 and 1516.

Even though this wonderful building is kind of small it holds numerous wonderful halls and rooms. This building is for use by the administrative people of the town so you can’t go inside. However it is so stunning on the outside you will not even care about going inside. Germany is known for its wonderful old buildings and amazing architecture and this fabulous Alsfeld Town Hall building is one of the best examples of this.
