"Poor Service"

We had an executive room during a fair in Frankfurt. After checking in, we asked for a bottle of water (8 EUR) in the room and were charged 5 EUR for bringing it up to our room. We asked to book a breakfast, but were charged 28 EUR. Prebooked breakfast would have been charged 21 EUR. It seem that the staff is trained not to informed the guests about any additional extra costs in advance, but just to add it in the final bill. Although we had one of the more expensive rooms, we were hearing the elevator running up and down the whole night. It was a fair time in Frankfurt, the hotel was well booked, and so you can image how busy the elevators were.Overall not a pleasant experience.

Cons: Most of the dining facilities were closed on saturday evening and it is a long way from anywhere else to eat
