"Genuinely a marvellous hotel to stay at"

Pros: Genuinely a marvellous hotel to stay at. exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff who are happy, smiling, courteous and very helpful. the hotel itself is very striking and serves as the perfect back-drop for corporate meetings. located beside hannover airport, with a mainline train station running from here too as a terminating-stop, there is easy access to local travel directly into,the city and surrounding areas. this is the second time that i have stayed here and i intend to return to this wonderful hotel at every given opportunity aside of the cebit fair.
Cons: No negatives to report.

Cons: Couldnt buy a snack or a soda only from the room bar which is very over priced

Cons: Smoking is allowed in hotel bar, which made us avoid this place. carpet in hotel should be replaced, is old and tired
