There is a town ion Germany known as Speyer and it has many lovely attractions that draw visitors to the city each and every year. There is a very interesting attraction there called the Mikwe Jewish Baths. The Mikwe Jewish Baths is in what was once a synagogue and was a ritual bath for women. The bath is a basin in the bottom of a deep pit where fresh and clean waters would flow.

There is a guided tour available for the baths and you can take this tour from the months of April through October. The whole area of the city is lovely and worth going there to taka a look. This city of Speyer is a wonderful place to stay while in Germany on vacation. The city is a great place to stay with lovely hotels and plenty of wonderful places to go and eat while staying there.
