Naval Monument Kiel

Near the Baltic Sea in the lovely town of Kiel there is a fascinating Naval Monument which is dedicated to the members of the Navy that died in The First World War. In later years this wonderful monument war changed into a monument for all the seamen of all nations who perished while on duty. There is a sort of museum under the monument that is full of displays of modern ships and a few other exhibits.
