The city of Lubeck in Germany is the location of many wonderful places to see and things to do in Germany. The city has numerous great museums and attractions, so there should be no problem finding places you have an interest in to visit there. There are museums about writer, artists, a puppet theatre museum and mush more. One of the most interesting places to see in Lubeck is the Heiligen Geist Medieval Hospital.

The Heiligen Geist Medieval Hospital is maybe the most well preserved hospice from the medieval period in the entirety of the world. This hospice was founded by the merchants of the town in the year 1280 as a home for the poor of the town. The name Heiligen Geist means Holy Ghost. It is called the Holy Ghost Hospital. This hospital is open to the public for tours and is a great place to see what hospitals were like in those times.
