Cons: We found that the air conditioning didn't have a temperature control and did not cool the room - so we cut our stay short and moved hotels. if you go in the hotter months be aware of this.

Pros: Staff were really friendly and welcoming. quite close to all attractions, real value for money.
Pros: Friendly staff and good value for the price.
Cons: The room had a lot of road noise and the a/c didn't work so the window had to be kept open.

Pros: Very nice people. always trying to help. i forgot a valuable jacket and went back to claim after a 4-day cruise; they kept it in good standing. clean rooms and well trained people.
Cons: Odeon is secure because it is close to a police office, but it is also close to a hot place where i could see undesirable people, which is common at downtown of big cities. i had no problems.
Because Athens Odeon Hotel has so many rooms, you have plenty of options to choose from. If you're looking for a higher level of comfort in Athens, this hotel is a good option. Don't miss the nearby Plaka and Monument to Philhellenes. Beule Gate is just one of the landmarks here. Museums in the near surroundings include Acropolis Archaeological Museum and Jewish Museum.
