Very basic and small but a perfect hotel if you are planning to get on an early ferry to the islands. as we did,we went by a taxi in the early hours that the hotel arranged for us. it cost only 5euro, we had alot of luggage which they charge a fee for. so it was a very quick ride down to the ferry terminal! the room was airconditioned with a small tv. for 50 euros you can't expect much. ask your taxi to take you to the nearby "little port" on the other side for a beautiful seafood dinner. it has funky modern bars. the ferry terminal side is quite ugly and dodgey. 
Pillows were very thin and the bed was 2 singles pushed together with a crack.....on honeymoon it was not the best!!! the shower head was hand held or broken, nothing to hold it up, which was annoying to shower.
