Pros: Staff were very helpful, especially at a time where there were protests occurring in the city. staff were able to provide information on tourist sites that were open and advised on areas to avoid.
Cons: The service at the rooftop restaurant was excellent except for one night which was extremely slow, and on observation this was not due to lack of staff. staff were chatting amongst themselves and providing service to clients only when clients were able to get their attention.
