A small village in the Vouprasia municipality, Agia Marina also goes by the name of Ayia Marina. This small village is a very convenient place to set up shop if you’re visiting the area, as it’s not far off from Nisi, Aeltorrachi, and Borsi. You’ll definitely see some authentic Greek village charm, here. This can be a good and bad thing, of course. There are few paved roads leading between Agia Marina and the other villages, but, if you want a nice, quiet place to settle down during your Greek vacation, you couldn’t ask for better.
As with any small village, the city centre is, well, simply the centre of the village, where people converge and socialize. There are a small handful of cheap hotels in the area, and while the town doesn’t get too packed, you’re not likely to find a vacant, affordable hotel room without booking. You’ll want to check early through EasyToBook.com if you want to make sure that you get a good, cheap hotel room.
