The point where the majority of the western area of the Mykonos town converge with the sea is known as Little Venice, not just by locals but by visitors as well, who may be staying in one of the hotels in Mykonos. One of the most beautiful and historical sites in Mykonos, Little Venice has attracted quite a lot of visitors over the years.

Located near some of the best accommodations in Mykonos, Little Venice is where you can find lovely structures that were built right on the edge of the sea. This area was believed to have been a pirating haven during the 16th and 17th centuries when pirating was very common.
