The Odos Ippoton or the Street of the Knights is one of the most well-known attractions in Rhodes. In fact, it is even regarded as the street in the old town area of Rhodes that has been photographed the most over the years. Running just outside the front doors of the Palace of the Grand Masters and going right down the city walls until it reaches the water's edge of the city's harbor, the street is considered one of the architectural treasures of the city.

The creation of this medieval street started during the 14th century, and it was meant for the exclusive accommodation of the knights who visited the land. The beautiful doorways that come complete with coats of arms as well as the magnificent windows of the facades that can be found along the entire length of the street are among the great reasons why it is regarded as one of the best attractions in Rhodes.
