Cons: No tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, would expect this for a four star hotel. the double bed was a queen sized double, i pity two people trying to share it. there was no view apart from a roof directly in front of my window.

Pros: Lovely stay, the hotel is wonderfully located, is warm personal and so clean. the art is fantastic and i woulod thoroughly recommend this hotel in the future .
Cons: The only down-side was the fitness room. two of the pieces of equipment were not in working order which was disappointing.

Pros: The location of the hotel by the danube offers wonderful views onto the parlement. easy access to tram and subway routes
Cons: Our air conditioning/heating system was not working from the beginning. it took 4 days and three requests at the desk before we got informed (again because we were seeking for an answer) that we would be moved to a different room for the repair to take place. staff, although polite, appeared to have little interest in welfare of the guests.

Pros: This is an excellent hotel in a beautiful part of budapest-only a short walk over the chain bridge to the city center. we had 3 people staying in our room and the accomodations were above our expectations. we stayed in a huge room with high ceilings for a wonderful price.
Cons: We wish the hotel was non smoking as the smell was bad at times.
