"We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel"
Pros: We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. there was a good breakfast and the room facilities enabled us to prepare a packed lunch with items bought from the nearby small supermarkets. the hotel is in a very good location for several restaurants off andrassy utca. we would recommend the hotel to friends and family, it is extremely good value and ideally situated for the transport network etc.
Cons: No negative comment with the hotel itself, but as regards tourist information, it was not the easiest of city's to find your way to the information centre - at the bottom of andrassy utca there was one sign, at the edge of a huge square, several roads and about 20 mins later after wondering round in circles, still no information centre or any further signs !! we are seasoned travellers but this was a first to find such a lack of easy directions. perhaps some of the hotels could display distinct directions from their location eg 'you are here' (hotel) and an idea on how to get to the information centre quickly and easily. something of this nature would have made our planning much easier.
