Pros: Front counter staff were very nice and always helpful
Cons: Yes... i will scan my documents. it clearly stated breakfast was included in the room price with local tax. the hotel introduction booklet clearly showed one full page of the breakfast menu. i will insist on some compensation / refund, too me the breakfast was very important... but unfortunately breakfast was not included. please remember it states breakfast & tax are included in room price (unless otherwise stated), there are no other statements except its included in room price. although it does mention that car parking is an additional cost. i look forward to hearing from you. best regards, john savage
