Pros: Staff was very helpful and always nice. this hotel is close to the main strip where everything happens. i recommend this hotel

Pros: The staff were the best about the hotel, really kind and helpful! also good breakfast.
Cons: It was a bit dirty in the room, some dust underneath the bed and old plastic left from previous clients. the shower was dripping. my impression of the hotel from the website did not correspond to the actual beeing.

Pros: The accommodations were much more luxe than i expected for the price! my room was equipped with a beautiful private bathroom, flat screen tv, wired and wireless internet. the staff was very friendly, the breakfast buffet was large and varied, and the location was very easy walking distance to all the fun of downtown reykjavik without being so close to the bars & clubs as to be noisy.
