Grillið is arguably Iceland’s most famous restaurant. Serving a variety of seasonal Icelandic produce in classic French dishes, the menu at Grillið changes with the seasons. In addition to the rotating seasonal menu, Grillið’s chef is prone to producing surprising four-course menus for diners – these are made on the fly, with the freshest products available from the market.
