Pros: The front desk staff and butlers provided good service.
Cons: All the bedsheets used were either stained or dirty. at one point the house keeping staff brought almost 15 bedsheets but none was clean!!! i don't know how this hotel got a 3 star rating on the website. no shampoo or conditioner was provided. the towels were old or dirty. the bathroom was below standard.
