Pros: The concierge, harry, was extremely helpful. we had a problem with our camera and he located a nearby nikon dealer who had the right equipment. he arranged for a driver to take us around the city for the day, and when it became apparent that the trains were all booked, he found us a driver for a two day trip to agra. delhi is an overwhelming city and harry made our introduction to it quite comfortable.
