Free internet! good location! the door man was magnificent help!
Food was promised to take 20 mins, each time it took 1 hour. very unhelpful at the travel desk when trying to find out where the metro was, also overcharging us for certain trips. all guest we met ad this same impression. when leaving the reception tryed to overcharge us for the room, even though we had a printed reciept from easytobook, had to argue it out for over 20mins before they eventually realised there were no loopholes. very unsatisfied with the staff- except the doorman who helped us get taxi's everyday!
