Pros: The only good thing i have to say is that it's location was excellent for shopping.
Cons: The hotel staff were rude!!! we were told breakfast would be a part of our booking fee but when asked what time breakfast would be they said they no longer served breakfast. soon after that we overheard another indian guest ask what time breakfast was and they were told 7 a.m.-9 a.m. we ordered morning tea and they even charged us for that! we booked a deluxe room and were given a standard room. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
