Staff upgraded my room after putting me in a completely unacceptable room.
I booked a single room. upon checking in, the a/c didn't work, tv didn't work, the bedding was stained and there were ants crawling out of the pillows.Anonymous

Raunak plaza was fully booked therefore they gave me a room in raunak plaza, simular room but older hotel. too expensive comared with some other new hotels in the same area
