The Adukala is built in the traditional ‘Naalukettu’ style, with center court yard, typical to indigenous craftsmanship. Tables and benches used at Adukala are antique, furniture crafted by fine artisans of yore. Adukkala, true to its name functions like a kitchen, serving scrumptious dishes, made with the finest and the freshest ingredients. Vegetables and other ingredients are bought everyday as per need, and cooked the same day, so that you are served only the most delightful and delectable dishes. The Adukala, dishes out an inspired ambience, as you walk into the dining area, you walk past a traditional keralite threshold, past which there is a traditional 5 foot stone lamp, carved out of solid granite, and the plush grass turf and backwaters in the background.
