Lembongan Island Hotels and Accommodation

While there are resorts, you can shuffle off to watch the locals at work. The major activity is harvesting seaweed. It is impressive to see the large seaweed gardens exposed at low tide. Walk around the island. You can do so easily. Just follow the well- trod path. Visit the village of Desa Lembongan or Lembongan Village. Stop to see the underground house at the edge of Lembongan Village. This is a network of underground rooms, passages and caves. At the day’s end, wander slowly back to your Lembongan Island hotel. Eat a peaceful meal. Later that evening go to the beach to watch the spectacular sunset.
