Pros: We made the reservation through easytobook.com on the same day as our arrival date. so, when we arrived the hotel could not find our reservation. luckily, despite their 100% occupancy (that's what they said) they were able to provde a room for us, and upgraded the room for free. the front desk and gro staff were very helpful to resolve our situation.
