"I would not be happy to return to this hotel."
Staff service very slow. alot of waiting around for answer. Shower did not work in my room. Only the basic coffee/tea at the bar. Staff were saying sorry to other client "we dont have cream for coffee" One brand of coffee. They had no bottles of water at the bar. Other customers complained asking me what do i think of the service. they found it slow. No tea bags or milk to make tea in the room.

"My stay at the Abbey Hotel"
This was a two star hotel in Dublin City Centre which cost €108.50 per night which was over priced in my view. The room was reasonably clean but the heating was on full blast eventhough it was 20 degrees outsiide. I turned off the radiators by using the dial on the side but they were still hot. The tv control was was not working and I asked the receptionist to have it fixed on the first morning but it was never fixed. The bed was comfortable and eventhough it was on a busy street the noise was not a problem. My bedroom was on the 4th floor and there was no lift which was a slight inconvenience

 "Move on!!!"
It is a dirty place. The breakfast was a joke. No joke if you actually ate any of what was offered. Woudln't you want to say to a guest BEFORE booking that there are no elevators.
