"We asked to change our room, due to the fact there was an air conditioning..."
Pros: We asked to change our room, due to the fact there was an air conditioning unit outside our room window, which was quite noisy when the windows were open. the staff, informed us that they could move us to another room for the following night, as the hotel was fully booked for the night in question. the staff were very helpful and informative. we would not hesitate in staying there again.
