 "Overpriced for what it is"
This would have to be the tiniest room and ensuite I have ever stayed in and paid $90 a night for 4 nights. The area was so small there was no place for a door to the Bathroom. They also charged my card in Dollars instead of Euro without asking me which meant an extra 3.5% to the bank. When I checked in they also tried to charge me an extra 5 euro for parking when the website said Free parking. The room was clean and functional and there is secure parking at the back and there is a supermarket and laundry 5 minutes walk from the hotel. O'Connell street is about a 1.7km walk where you can get the Hop on-off bus. There are other similar places to stay much cheaper than this Hotel.

 "Somewhere to rest your head."
My boyfriend and I stayed here during our trip to Dublin. The rooms were clean enough and of a standard size. It would have been nice to have seen tea making facilities in the room. Was close enough to town to walk if you wanted to but there was also a bus right outside that took you to the town centre. Staff were friendly. Walls a bit thin too, heard a bit too much of a good time the couple upstairs were having! All in all, it was somewhere to rest your head and then get back out and see the city, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

 "Nice place."
Charleville Lodge is a nice, excellent value accommodation. Only fault I found was that they didn't have tea/coffee making facilities in the room and were charging for fairly substandard hot drinks from a vending machine. Apart from that it was good and I would recommend.

 "Charville Lodge"
5 Minutes outside the city centre, but very easy to get to with many regular buses running near by and one that drops you outside the main door! Staff were friendly and we had no issues with the room. Stayed for one night and it was ideal for what we wanted, cheap and comfortable night. You can come and go 24 hours which was perfect for us as we were out in the city centre at night.

"It was good value for money and a reasonable distance from the stadium..."
Pros: It was good value for money and a reasonable distance from the stadium where we were attending a concert.
Cons: The en-suite was incredibly small. the term "boutique" hotel was misleading for this accommodation

"Clean and friendly a good distance from city centre about 20 minute walk"
Pros: Clean and friendly a good distance from city centre about 20 minute walk. rooms very clean and beds comfortable. own bathroom with shower.
Cons: Hotel over priced but we did stay during u2 at croke park weekend, breakfast room small had to wait on table and staff very slow at cooking breakfast, advertised as full irish breakfast but was really and english breakfast, with beans and no potato bread or soda bread, considering the staff where from poland they did well on breakfast.
