Cons: Food and drink in the hotel was pricey, but probably no different than the rest of dublin. probab;y better quality to be found in nearby restaurants.

Cons: The staff didn't care and were quite unhelpful..... the problem lies with the management as the staff (with the exception of the reception staff)obviously had no training and customer service did not exist

 "Excellent standard of room kept immaculate"
Pros: Excellent standard of room kept immaculate. very peaceful location for the city. plenty of public transport access on main bus routes and dart train station just a couple of minutes walk away. very helpful staff, polite and friendly.
Cons: Just generally expensive for food and drink although not specific to ballsbridge, as dublin in general seems to be very overpriced for eating and drinking, which is a shame as it is very off putting.

Cons: There is no wireless internet within the rooms. the part of the hotel where we stayed with was not having the heating at good level so it was somehow cold within the room.
