 "The staff were very nice"
Pros: The staff were very nice.
Cons: There wasn't any complimentary shampoo or toothpaste (we were under the impression they would, and left ours at home. also the "60" television channels they advertised were non-existent... only a few managed to make a cloudy appearance on our miniature tv through a frayed wire. there also wasn't any option for 'do not disturb'.
