 "The staff was very good"
Pros: The staff was very good. rooms are small and simple, but adequate for the money
Cons: The location was near impossible from the directions and calling...the staff member stayed on my cell phone for 5 minutes as i had to have him lead me in through this office park...directions very unclear and difficult. but not far from the airport...but in a tucked away location...hard when it is dark and not easily visible

Cons: Minor problem was resolved quickly. we had reserved a single room and also a double with twin beds. we were initially given a double bed. thankfully, they immediately found the double.

Cons: Remote control for tv did not work, electric kettle likewise, was replaced and it didnºt work, took maintenance man a long time to fine fault - we nearly died of thirst!

Pros: Shuttle from airport, nice location, bus ride from city centre,rooms adequate for short stay,buffet breakfast included ok nothing special.over all clean & friendly "airport" hotel
Cons: Only stayed one night only 'reception' bar but could use bar at hotel immediately next door crown plaza.

Pros: Having travelled constantly for 8 weeks and experiencing mostly 4 star hotels, i was very impressed with the holiday inn...the bathroom door configuration, maintaining privacy in the toilet area, the sense of snack machines in the foyer rather than bother answering questions re using the fridge. (although it would have been nice to have a fridge for our own purposes) the blue lighting for overnight and the lighting generally.
Cons: Everything was fine, although the one staff at reception seemed rather overworked at times!
