Pros: Having stayed at the glen guesthouse hotel i will say i found the hotel staff very helpful and the rooms were very clean and suitable for my short stay. the food was very good and alway served with a pleasant dispotion by the staff. overall i enjoyed my stay and would consider the geln guesthouse hotel if i were to visit dublin again.

Pros: I chose it because of price and nearness to o2 arena.
suited well for price and location was ideal for me.
was not plush but much better than anticipated. room good size/quiet/clean

Pros: Room was a nice size, very clean and tidy. new and very nice bathroom and shower. good facilities with a tv. open 24 hours was handy when we went out in the evening.
Cons: The staff weren't that welcoming, and when we came in late one night one of the male staff looked at the time and commented on it even though it is open 24 hours- this made us feel quite annoyed. the breakfast staff looked miserable and didn't communicate much at all so we didn't know how we went about getting what we wanted at breakfast- this wasn't particularly nice early in the morning. breakfast room is also quite small, both mornings people had to wait to be seated or share tables with other guests.

Pros: On arriving at the glen greeted by smiling male by the name of goran very helpful made us feel very welcome hotel was spotless all staff very helpful breakfast was wonderful and so were the waitresses.big thankyou to the chef our breakfast was spot on ,would definately use the hotel and reccomend it to our friends.thankyou all.
Cons: Would have liked to have the opportunity to have had an evening meal and a bar or similar as dublin very expensive to eat out but was nao a problem.
