 "Get what you Pay for"
I've stayed at the Green Isle many times purely for value for money reasons. It's location is not ideal, but you work your way around that. The room (at least one the 1st floor) need an upgrade. I felt like I was staying at my Grannys house.The staff couldn't find our door key, so we had to be escorted each time to our room for manual entry by staff. This was fine, as it gave an extra pair of hands to carry our drinks!I'd stay there again, but only if looking for something cheap and cheerful.

 "not a great stay"
first got there was given a room that had people in it, then got room which door wouldnt open easlily, beds werent made next day and room wasnt cleaned properly bathroom was dirty when we went in, asked twice for someone to fix television, while staff were friendly it wasnt a great stay, wont be back again

Pros: While staying at your hotel the experience was out of this world as regarding your helpfull staff and the comfort of the hotel accomodation, i would certainly stay there again.
Cons: No negativity whatsoever.

 "The hotel had soup and sandwhiches for sale in the breakfast room at 12..."
Pros: The hotel had soup and sandwhiches for sale in the breakfast room at 12 midnight for people coming back from a concert or a night out - this was a very good idea. the beds are comfortable also...
Cons: The staff are not overly friendly or efficient. one of our rooms had been booked for a late checkout by the people who booked it the previous night but we were not aware of that when booking so couldn not checkin for that room when we arrived. the bathrooms off the main lobby are not clean. the number of towels in the rooms were not sufficent (3 in a room for 4 people). other guests on our floor kept many of us awake all night by running up and down the halls shouting and screaming - staff did nothing to stop them.

Cons: Room was in a terrible state. tiles falling of bath side, paint flaking of ceiling, skirting boards missing, holes in wall,windows didn't close tight, double bed was two singles put together, one with a valance one without, had to use foldout bed !!!! furinture awful. sofa faded and grubby, family room was booked and only had two cups and two wee pots milk.....

rooms were spacious and well equipped for price
Cons: Broken toilet seat in our room, some staining on the carpet, and my girlfriend found the lack of a vanity mirror in the bedroom near a power socket to straighten her hair a pain,

Cons: Staff un helpfull with business needs, rooms were in poor condition, hairdryer broken, iron faulty, tiles missing bathroom, number of event thats continue duntil late into teh night at weekend, no good for young families
