 "Hotel stay"
I've marked down sleep quality, but it wasn't really their fault. It was so hot we had to keep the windows open at night, but the taxis in the street enjoyed using their horns until the early hours of the morning. Otherwise hotel was great and staff were brilliant.

"The staff were so welcoming and helpful always smiling; every one we came..."
Pros: The staff were so welcoming and helpful always smiling; every one we came in touch with that includes the breakfast room staff couldnt have done any more for us to make our weekend a pleasant one .
Cons: Most definitely the noise outside at night was unreasonable and it went on into the early hours of the morning the two nights we were there and that was a sunday and monday.we would dread to think what the weekend would be like.we heard other couples complaining about the outside noise.it looks like there is a night club or two nearby.for the benefit of the hotel which has so many positive qualities this criticism is meant to be a helpful one which you can overcome .my husband just loved the georgian windows ceiling heights and the beautiful interiors.the one and only reason we would be unsure about staying there again is the noise outside of the night clubbers.

Pros: The location is good, the staff was very helpful, late checkout was allowed for me. i would stay here again.
the building old fashioned and it is old, it could use some upgrade, but it is clean. if you need a place with a fresh look and modern style this is not a place for you.
