"Spacious rooms"
Pros: Spacious rooms. we booked 3 room and they kindly placed us next to eachother. check out is at 12 o'clock, and we stayed in the room until 12.30pm which didnt seem to be a problem.
Cons: The car park is located at the back of the hotel and you have to go around the block, kind of tricky to find. reception staff also quite rude.

"The tall gentleman with the glasses working in the bar on the sunday night,..."
Pros: The tall gentleman with the glasses working in the bar on the sunday night, 24/10/10, was excellent, he was working solo and managed to serve food and drink to a pretty full room, he worked very hard, our group were very impressed.
all the rooms we had were a good size and very clean.
the food we had in the bar was very good, we thought it was a bit expensive but the portions were big.
Cons: The bar being understaffed meant there was a bit of a wait for both food and drink.
the hotel although on a main street is not very visible, the signage is way too small.
the rooms were very warm without the radiators being on so couldn't turn heat down, couldn't open windows as the noise from pearse street traffic and also a group of very rowdy kids hanging around the shop across the road was too loud.
the price of a bottle of ballygowan at €5.95 we thought was way too expensive.
