Hotel was located close to the rail station. airlink (bus to airport) located right across the street was very convenient. hotel staff were both pleasant and friendly.
The room was very noisy due to the location of the dart, and the pub downstairs. use of the internet is not free. hotel is not as conveniently located to the downtown area as described. your room key in needed to run electricity in the room. this means that you can not leave devices charging while you're away.

The hallway smelt of smoke from another room and also noisy on a night from the bar downstairs and the bar down the side street.

The weather was very poor with ice on the roads so i was not going to travel to dublin so i wanted to cancel my reservation the guy i spoke to would not do this. he insisted i would be charged the full amount i asked to speak to a manager and he said he would not be in till monday. i fully understand the cancellation policy but considering the adverse weather conditions i feel an exception could have been made. i travelled to the hotel anyway cause i would have had to pay anyway

Very conveniently located directly opposite the main bus station, a short walk to the main shopping area and temple bar for restaurants and pubs. staff very helpful, rooms very good for the money. have stayed previously and visited the hotel's restaurant for dinner and breakfast, both of which were very good. will consider hotel isaacs again next time we visit dublin if the price remains reasonable.
