"Good location nothing else"
Pros: Good location nothing else
Cons: Paid 120 euros for a hotel that was dreadful. serious need of a revamp. first room given to us was still unprepared with rubbish and dirty bedding. not even tea and coffee making facilities. would not even stay for free next time. barely more than a hostel. would not recommend to anyone and would never go back.
Pros: It was handy for aviva.
Cons: The room 211 was so noisy, with the extractor fans didnt get any sleep.when mentioned to member of staff they just laughed.would not stay or recommend again.

"The price was decent"
Pros: The price was decent. the hotel allowed us to check out at midday instead of 11am.
Cons: Noisy (nightclub downstairs until 3am), smashed bedroom window - in need of repair, lukewarm water from the taps & shower, bulb in lamp not working, bad reception on tv, noisy communal bathroom across from our room. guests had to pay for the room in advance! no hotel demands that these days...when i queried it, i was told that if i didn't like it, i could find somewhere else to stay!

"Very clean"
Pros: Very clean. very comfortable beds. had a good quality hostel feel about it. would recommend to friends who are in dublin for a weekend and just want a clean room and comfortable bed. excellent location! friendly staff.
Cons: No lift, not a major problem if you're young & on the lower floors but i didn't see that highlighted on the hotel information. very basic. no frills which was fine for city centre dublin at a reasonable price. street noise was a bit of a problem during the night and early morning even though double windows are in place. not for light sleepers!

"Location is fantastic but even with the special offer we got on the room..."
Pros: Location is fantastic but even with the special offer we got on the room (usually €250 a night) its very expensive for what it is. staff were friendly & nice; room is basic but clean; all in all if you get a good deal the location is worth it!
