Pros: The hotel was in a great location near the o2 and dublin city centre. it was great to have a pool for the children to use. room size was aqequate for 4 of us and the hotel staff were very helpful. we also enjoyed our meal in the bar.
Cons: The toddler size pool was very small for children and the showers in the changing rooms had quite cool water.

Pros: Staff were very helpful, the rooms were well appointed and clean and the location of the hotel was ideal for our visit, as we did not want to be in the centre of dublin. the hotel is close to the o2 and to the grand central theatre.
Cons: If you want to be in the heart of dublin this is not the hotel for you as it is approximately a 15 minute walk from the centre

Cons: I think i was overcharged and they didn't have our room ready for us on the day so we were waiting around. the hotel is quite far from the centre of town and it will cost you 10 euros to get into the centre by taxi. not sure the room was worth the money i paid.

Pros: The second night we were there the manager send a very nice complimentary fruit, chocolate, soda, and cracker plate. the staff was attentive despite the fact the hotel was very busy due to a u2 concert run at croke park. [see below.] all in all, a good value.
Cons: Only the pricing: the night of the last of 3 u2 concerts our room was 199 euros whereas the same room was 99e the preceding night and 109e the 2 nights before that.
