The room originally given to us was terrible. The pictures online were not at all represented by this horrible room. We were on the top floor with no elevator, the shower did not drain well and the toilet took forever to fill before the next person could us it. There were pieces of the wallpaper gone, as well as pieces of the actual wall chipped away. Upon speaking with the receptionist we were given another room on the bottom floor which looked exactly like the pictures. I believe I should have gotten what was represented onlne first. If the entire hotel is not refurbished, do not make customers believe it is.

this hotel was grand, i slept well and the location was great, the staff were incredibly helpful and happy to do what ever needed to help, and the price was fantastic, would be happy to stay there again

Pros: Close to all the areas you would wish to visit in dublin.
Cons: Desperatley disappointed in the room, very damp smell poor ventilation, en-suite sink far too small, no car parking dispite being advertised.

Pros: Basic but clean and spacious room. excellent location in terms of access to luas, busaras, station etc
Cons: Room ight next to a busy strett and therefore very noisy. also a floodlight shining into it so overall very poor to sleep in!!

Pros: Good location, staff were friendly
Cons: We were in the basement so no nice outlook and there were water pipes in our room which were very noisy and stopped us sleeping

Pros: Great location, less than 5 mins walk to "the spike" on o'connell street.
breakfast was good, lots to eat.
Cons: Stayed in the othella (not sure of spelling) side of the hotel and had to actually go outside again to get to the room, a pain when its raining, but great for the smokers in my party.
