Cons: One of receptionists would prcatically ignore you if you arrived at the reception desk until she had finished what she was doing - e.g paperwork !

Pros: A very friendly atmosphere, helpful staff and a good location for getting about.
Cons: Pembroke road is quite noisy at night. also people were allowed to sit outside drinking late into the night which caused a certain amount of disturbance to other guests.
Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. first impression of hotel from outside, lobby reception area and downstairs hallway recently refurbed and lovely, rest of hotel not to same standard and less impressive. twin room adequate, not very spacious. bathroom modern and clean. shower only no bath.
Cons: Only room not to same standard as reception and lobby area and for me no bath just shower. coffee and tea weren't replenished daily.

Cons: We found someone elses dirty sock in the bedroom :(
