Cons: Nothing negative.
Cons: During our stay we were woken in the early hrs of the morning with the smoke alarm going off. then we we woke of our own accord there was no electricity or water in our room, we could not flush the toilet etc or even brush our teeth, when we went to check out there was no apology about this and were charged fully, when we asked to speak with the manager we were told he/she was unavailable but the lady in reception took a mobile number for us and told us she would get someone to call us later that day, 2 weeks later and i am yet to hear from them.

Cons: The television wasn't working due to it having been unplugged. however, because of its height, a porter was needed to reach this. this took too long. the airconditioning didn't work and because the room was small, it was far, far too warm. we had a very restless night. the window remained closed because of street noise.

Cons: My stay was terrible. staff were unfriendly. my room was so incredibly noisy during the night i could hardly sleep. i was simply told it was the washing machine or central heating upstairs. it was horrific!
