Booked this hotel for the location as we were attending a concert at the O2. (Within reasonable walking distance) Rooms were great, including a sauna and jacuzzi bath - unexpected! Breakfast was excellent - the lady serving (I think the owner) could not have been more attentive without being intrusive. Other staff were most helpful regarding buses, taxis and directions for the rest of our stay. Public bus from a stop just opposite the hotel took us right to centre for under 2 euros.I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Pros: Very clean modern hotel, lovely breakfast.
Cons: Not enough dining tables for each room to come down for breakfast, so if a table is not available you have to go back to your room. one member of staff was rather abrupt, and when we left the hotel nowone there to ask if we had enjoyed our stay.

Pros: We were given a free upgrade to the executive suite as i mentioned it was my husband's birthday. staff were very pleasant and wished my husband happy birthday, and offered him a drink. free tea and coffee was offered each time we came in.
Cons: The huge flat screen tv wasn't tuned in, but we weren't too fussed as there was another tv in the bathroom!

Pros: Friendly staff, extremely accommodating. tray of tea whenever you returned to the hotel. great base, quiet. lovely, safe area. loved the sauna and jacuzzi in each room. suitable for most travellers, very personal feel to hotel.

Cons: Was it because of our booking being through yourselves, rather than the hotel direct,that we were allocated a room for disabled people inthe basement? breakfast, whilst good was expensive on top of prices which are at the top end.

Pros: The hotel was good. well placed in a vibrant city, well presented and turned out with a welcoming cup of tea on arrival. the room was well equiped with tv's, tea and coffee facilities, jacuzzi and sauna.
Cons: Only real problems we had were the slightly strange set up in the rooms with jacuzzi and sauna which left the lodge feeling slightly confused.
