"It's very spacey and the rooms at the front have a beautiful sea view"
Pros: It's very spacey and the rooms at the front have a beautiful sea view
Cons: The noise on both nights of our stay just outside the front door was dreadful - singing and shouting that went on until the early hours and it appeared no effort from the hotel was made to try and stop it. also the coaches (there were a lot of coach parties when we were there) sat outside the front door - maybe up to 4 at a time, with their engines running up to an hour before the passengers got on the bus and as the rooms aren't double glazed there was a certain amount of noise with this.

"Beautiful hotel in excellent location, breakfast was very nice"
Pros: Beautiful hotel in excellent location, breakfast was very nice.
Cons: Check in not good, room was not ready at check in time and we had to wait for over an hour for it to be ready making us late for an important meeting we had arranged in dublin city centre. sansana let us down on previously booked arrangements.

Pros: The clincher for mynrating on a hotelis the the staff, attitude and performance. staff were excellent.
Cons: If i hear "no problem" again i will vomit. it is a meaningless cliche, plastic, worse than america's "have a nice day."

"Friendly efficient staff"
Pros: Friendly efficient staff. room very clean
Cons: Our room was poorly lit for reading.the bathroom was spotless though the mirror was too far recessed for anyone wearing glasses ie for shaving. we found the bar also fairly lacking in comfortable ambient lighting. our room no 237 looked out on a rather grim flat foof. having said the above we will be happy to come back again though next time we will be more careful to ask for a room with a better outlook
"The hotel was sp well kept in every area, the staff welcoming and helpful..."
Pros: The hotel was sp well kept in every area, the staff welcoming and helpful our room was so well kept with cleana linen and towels every day
Cons: None
Pros: The pool and its facilities were excellent. the location was great, close to shops, bars and restaurants. local restaurants offer excellent early bird menus.
Cons: We were woken at 7am with noise from outside the bar which was consistent until 9.30am. we requested to be moved, so were given another room overlooking the same loading area for the bar. when we were still being disturbed by the noise from the bar, we were moved again to a beautiful sea view room. there were no apologies from the hotel but we finally got a quiet room. at check out, we were not asked about our stay and no apologies were offered.
